Completion of Delivery
Cash on Delivery: The order is considered completed once the products have been delivered and payment has been received.
Online Payment: The order is considered completed once the products have been successfully delivered.
Transfer of Risk & Ownership
Responsibility for the products transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered.
Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once full payment for the order, including applicable delivery charges, has been received.
Exchanges & Refunds
If you would like to exchange an item or request a refund, you can choose between two simple options.

Return & Exchange Period
Requests for exchanges or refunds must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order for online purchases, or within 10 days of purchase for purchases made in-store.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item has been received and successfully inspected, approved refunds will be processed according to the applicable payment and refund method.
