Item Availability

All orders depend on the availability of the items.
If an item is out of stock, we may offer you a substitute.
If you prefer not to proceed, we’ll refund any payment made within 10 business days.


Payment Methods

You can choose between two payment options at checkout:

  1. Online Payment (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Delivery

Delivery is available for all online orders, with fees shown during checkout and on your invoice.

We work with third-party logistics partners to ensure reliable and trackable shipping.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery takes up to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • In case of delays, we’ll notify you with alternative solutions.
  • You’ll receive a tracking code by email once your order ships.


COD Orders: Delivery is complete upon payment and receipt of the package.
Online Payment: Delivery is complete upon receipt of the package.


Exchanges

You can exchange any item—no questions asked.

You have 10 days from:

  • The delivery date (for online orders)
  • The purchase date (for in-store purchases)


Exchange Options:

  1. In-Store:
    Visit any of our boutiques. Store list: guyagang.com/shops
    Items on sale are not for exchange.
  2. Aramex Pickup:
    We can collect the item from your address without any fees.

    Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid label to print. Aramex will handle the pickup.
    After we receive and check the item:
  • You’ll be refunded via bank transfer
  • You can then place a new order


Important:
To request an exchange, email us at exchanges-refunds@guyagang.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear exchange request

    We are not responsible for damage during return shipping.


Exchange Process:

  1. Item verification upon receipt
  2. Approval or rejection confirmation
  3. If approved, the new item ships within 5 business days

Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, with original tags
  • No stains, damage, or odors

Refunds

You may request a refund within 10 business days of receiving your order.
After this period, refund requests will not be accepted.


Refund Options:

  1. In-Store:
    Visit one of our boutiques: guyagang.com/shops

  2. Aramex Pickup:
    We offer a free return.

Important:
To request a refund, email us at exchanges-refunds@guyagang.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear refund request by email

We’ll send you a prepaid label. Aramex will collect the return.


Refund Process:

  1. Item verification
  2. Approval or rejection notification
  3. If approved, refund via bank transfer or store credit within 15 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)

Refund Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, with tags
  • No signs of wear, stains, or odors
