Items Avilability

All orders are subject to items availability. 

In the event of stock shortage, we reserve the right to notify you about the option to order substitute items.

If you indicate that you do not wish to proceed with the order, we will refund you the amount paid if any within a period of 10 business days

Payment Methods

Every user has the right to choose between 2 payment methods available on the website upon ordering:

  • Online payment through Flouci & Konnect Gateways
  • Cash on delivery

Delivery

The delivery service is abailable for every online order with an extra cost that is indicated in the checkout process and in the invoice. 

The Delivery process is handled by a third party logistics company to ensure a trackable order.

After confirming the availability of the products, you will receive an email with tracking code for your order where you can find an estimated date of arrival or at least the status of your order.

We make all the efforts to dispatch your order within 2 business days of the date of your order and from then, allow us 5 business days to receive your order. These indicated dates are the maximum we allow it for the whole delivery process.

However, delays may occur due to multiple unforseen reasons and when it happens, we will inform you of the situation and provide you with alternatives. 

Delivery is considered done when you receive your order from the third party logistics company and you pay the full amount of products + delivery fees if you choose cash on delivery payment option.

Refunds

As a Tunisian consumer, you have the right, according to the applicable regulations, to withdraw and ask for retract of your order.

The deadline to exercise the withdraw is 10 working days from the receipt of your order. After this period, you will no longer be eligible to exercise this right.

If you decide to withdraw you will need to follow this procedure:

  • Inform us with your intention of withdrawal via an email sent to the this adress: exchanges-refunds@guyagang.com
  • Proceed to return the order to us either by dropping it at one of stores or by sending it via courrier.
  • In case you want to return it to one of the stores, please present your invoice or at least your order ID
  • If you wish for us to send you a courier, we can do it for the extra cost of 4 TND 
  • After receiving the items in question, we will proceed to verifying the conditionof the prodducts
  • We will inform you if you are eligible for a refund or not
  • If you are eligible for a refund, will proceed to do so via a bank transgfer or a voucher code to be used for future purchases

Conditions that needs to be met to have the right to refund:

  • The items are in their original condition with all the hang tags
  • The items should not have any smell, marks or any sign of wear

Exchanges

Every customer has the total right to an exchange no questions asked from our side.
The exchange, can only be done within 10 from the delivery date if done online, or the purchase date if done in stores.
You just have to follow our procedure for exchanges:

  • Inform us with your intention of exchange via an email sent to the this adress: exchanges-refunds@guyagang.com
  • Proceed to return the order to us either by dropping it at one of stores or by sending it via courrier.
  • In case you want to return it to one of the stores, please present your invoice or at least your order ID
  • If you wish for us to send you a courier, we can do it for the extra cost of 8 TND
