Items Avilability
All orders are subject to item availability.
In the event of a stock shortage, we reserve the right to notify you about the option to order substitute items.
If you choose not to proceed with the order, we will refund any amount paid within 10 business days.
Payment Methods
Every user has the right to choose between two available payment methods when placing an order:
- Online payment using bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
- Cash on delivery (COD).

Delivery
The delivery service is available for all online orders at an additional cost, which will be displayed during checkout and on your invoice.
Our deliveries are handled by a third-party logistics company to ensure a trackable shipping process.
Once product availability is confirmed, you will receive an email with a tracking code, allowing you to check the estimated arrival date or the current status of your order.
We make every effort to dispatch your order within 2 business days from the order date. From that point, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. These are the maximum estimated timeframes for the entire process.
However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will inform you promptly and provide alternative solutions.
✅ Delivery is considered complete when you receive your order from the third-party logistics company and pay the full amount (product + delivery fees) if you selected Cash on Delivery.
✅ If your order was paid online, delivery is considered complete when you receive your package from the logistics company.
Exchanges
Every customer has the right to exchange an item—no questions asked.
✅ Exchanges must be requested within 10 days from the delivery date (for online purchases) or the purchase date (for in-store purchases).
Exchange Process:
1️⃣ In-store: You can visit one of our boutiques, where our advisors will assist you with the exchange process. You can find the list of our stores, along with their hours and locations, on this page: guyagang.com/shops.
2️⃣ By mail: You can send the item to our store in Menzah 5 at the following address:
📍 10 Rue Ahmed Tlili, Menzah 5, Ariana 2091, Tunisia.
Please mention your order number on the package and send us an email with the shipping receipt.
Once we receive and verify the item, we will proceed with the exchange via Aramex, with an additional shipping fee of 8 Tunisian dinars.
3️⃣ By Aramex Delivery
If you qualify for an exchange or refund, we can arrange a pickup via Aramex:
For exchanges: A 16 TND fee will be required (8 TND for pickup + 8 TND for delivery of the new item).
⚠️ Please note: We do not take any responsibility for the delivery process or the condition of the clothing pieces upon arrival.
Once your request is approved, we will send you a “bordereau” (shipping label) that you need to print and attach to your package.
An Aramex delivery person will pick up your order at your address.
4️⃣ Processing
Once we receive the returned items, we will verify their condition.
5️⃣ Approval or Rejection
We will inform you whether your exchange has been approved or denied.
6️⃣ Processing Time
For exchanges: Once approved, your new item will be shipped within 5 working days.
Exchange Conditions:
Items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Items must not have any odors, marks, or signs of wear.
Refunds
As a Tunisian consumer, you have the right to withdraw and request a refund according to the applicable regulations.
You may exercise this right within 10 business days from the date you receive your order. After this period, refund requests will no longer be accepted.
Refund Process:

Once your refund request is approved, we will send you a “bordereau” (shipping label) that you need to print and attach to your package.
An Aramex delivery person will pick up your order at your address.
4️⃣ Approval or Rejection: Once we receive the returned items, we will verify their condition and we will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
5️⃣ Processing: If approved, we will process the refund via bank transfer or issue a store credit for future purchases. Refunds will be processed within 15 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
