You can exchange any item—no questions asked.

Aramex Pickup:
We can collect the item from your address.
➕ Pickup fee: 8 TND (does not include redelivery)Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid label to print. Aramex will handle the pickup.
After we receive and check the item:-
You’ll be refunded via bank transfer
